The majority of manufacturers' warranties only cover one specific device for a certain amount of time. They are often restricted to defects in workmanship and materials. They generally don't cover issues due to normal wear and tear or power surges. You are usually required to show your original purchase receipt or registration of the product at the time of purchase, just to get your product repaired. We offer affordable TV protection plans to help you lower the cost of repairs/replacements.

The UEP Plan, powered by Asurion, provides protection for an unlimited number of a vast variety of eligible devices. Covered devices include laptops, desktops, tablets, routers, home entertainment systems, flat screen TVs, DVD players, gaming systems, home theater systems, and external hard drives.
The Ultimate Electronics Protection Plan provides protection from mechanical and electrical failures as a result of normal wear and tear, defects in workmanship and materials, and power surges. Accidental Damage from Handling will protect you from spills, drops, and cracked screens on select portable devices, including laptops, tablets, and hang-held gaming device
* The UEP plan does not provide protection for items individually (For example, a single tablet or a single gaming system). It is one plan that covers all of the listed devices under one plan. An unlimited number of eligible devices can be covered. Cell phones are not included. This will save you time and money by preventing you from buying individual plans for each device. The plan also provides coverage for existing electronics without making you look for proof of purchase.

Coverage Above & Beyond the Manufacturer’s Warranty
In the event your product experiences a breakdown, 30 days after subscription to the Plan, you may file a claim by calling us, Monday – Friday, 8AM – 11PM EST and Saturday – Sunday, 9AM – 6PM EST.
Cabinetry and other types of applications that are built in are still eligible for service as long as they are reasonably easy to access.
If your device can't be serviced on site, then it will be sent to a repair depot for service. Our plan will cover standard shipping costs, sending you a prepaid shipping label along with instructions on how to send your product to the repair depot.
We provide our customers with an electronics protection plan that cover all of their eligible devices, no matter what age or brand. Proof of purchase isn't necessary. There is no limit to how long you can stay protected. Cancel at any time with no fees. Coverage remains active for 30 days after cancellation.
