Coverage Above & Beyond the Manufacturer’s Warranty

Computing products that are protected by the Ultimate Electronics Protection Plan include:
Tablets, Printers, Desktops, Laptops, Routers, and External Hard Drives. PCs eligible for coverage under the UEP Plan are those equipped with a Windows Operating System version Windows XP or newer or Android version 1.6 or newer and Apple computers which are equipped with an Apple operating system version OS X (10) or newer. Please familiarize yourself with the Terms and Conditions.

  • If a covered device experiences a failure, it will be fixed or replaced under our plan.
  • In the case that your device needs service, you will have to pay a service fee of $55.
  • Service fees aren't applied to accessories such as monitors, keyboards, mice, speakers, modems, remote controls or controllers.
  • There is a $5,000 annual aggregated claim limit.

Tablet/Laptop/Desktop Overview

Eligible

Desktops, Laptops, Tablets (collectively referred to as “PC” or “PCs”). Each PC can include one (1) of each of the following: an associated external monitor, keyboard (wired or wireless), mouse (wired or wireless), modem and external desktop speaker set (wired).

Exclusions

Parts intended for periodic replacement including but not limited to batteries (excluding one annual laptop battery), lamps and bulbs.
PCs that do not have administrator’s permissions. Covered Laptops must be able to upload and download software.

In the occurrence that your product experiences a failure, 30 days after subscribing to the plan, you may file a claim by calling us, Monday through Friday, 8AM – 11PM EST and Saturday through Sunday, 9AM – 6PM EST.

Do I have to sign a 1-or 2-year contract?

No long-term contract is required. Coverage is on a month-to-month basis that can be cancelled at any time with no cancellation fees. Coverage will remain in effect 30 days after cancellation.
